During my recent stay at the Newark Hotel, I found a decent balance between comfort and cost-effective accommodations. The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated the early check-in arrangement, which was thoughtfully handled via direct email contact with the hotel. Room 104, an en-suite double, was clean and appeared recently refurbished, offering sufficient storage for my belongings. While the shared bathrooms were modern and spacious, I did experience minor inconveniences, such as the shower setup that could easily cause water spillage. The overall tranquillity of the hotel and availability of free Wi-Fi was a plus, along with the garden area for relaxation. Though slightly removed from the city centre, a nearby bus stop provided convenient access. For those seeking budget comfort without sacrificing cleanliness, the Newark presents a commendable choice.
